Shipping Policy

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING!

 

Please carefully read over our shipping policy before confirming your order! Because all products are handcrafted and custom to order, there is a maximum of 10 business day production time. If the slide is already made your production time may be less, however, we advise 10 days just to be safe. We provide FREE Shipping on all orders over $75 via Canada Post in Canada, USPS in the United States and UPS Internationally. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. 

The risk of loss of, damage to and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It shall be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case we will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product. For Costumers in the European Economic Area the risk of loss of, damage to and title for Products will pass to you when you or a third party indicated by you has acquired the physical possession of the Products.

If carrier tracking indicates that a Product was lost in transit, you may make a written claim for replacement of the lost Product in compliance with Foxxytoes' Return Policy. For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.  All such claims are subject to investigations and sole discretion.

 

ALL ORDERS FULLY TRACKED

All of our shipments come fully tracked. Once your product shipping label is created you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not see your tracking information right away, that's ok, sometimes it takes 2-3 days for the tracking system to update. We will do everything in our power to ensure speedy delivery.  However, please understand that shipping delays sometimes do occur and this is out of our control.

 

ALL OTHER INQUIRIES

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address during checkout, including unit or condo number. In the unfortunate event the shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address we have for you, you will be invoiced and must pay the additional shipping charge required for us to re-ship your order to you.
